Memberships

  1. How do I join Tewantin Noosa Pony Club?

    To become a member of Tewantin Noosa Pony Club simply download the PCAQ Membership Forms, Waiver & Code Of Conduct.  Once completed send them off together with your cheque to our Secretary, Tewantin Noosa Pony Club Inc. PO Box 621 Tewantin  Qld  4565

  2. How much is it to join Tewantin Noosa Pony Club?

    Riding Members are $100.00 for one or $90.00 per member if more than two members join from the same family.

    Associate Membership is $90.00 - This entitles the member to utilise our grounds and not attend Musters.

    Social Membership is $50.00

    A Volounteer Levy of $100.00 per family is payable on joining our Club.  If you help out four times per year at Working Bee's, Events etc it is carried forward to the following year.

  3. How do I transfer from another Club?

    Ask your current Secretary to send off a Membership Transfer Form to Tewantin Noosa.  The PCAQ Insurance of $57.00 is deducted from the Tewantin Noosa Fees if you are a current financial riding member of an existing club.

  4. Why do I have to pay a Volounteer Levy?

    As with most clubs there is a certain few who do all the work.  Our volounteer levy encourages people to help out during the year to spread the workload.  You only have to help out four times per year and your levy is carried forward to the following year.

  5. Can I use the grounds if I am a Member?

    Of course, as a Member of Tewantin Noosa Pony Club you are entitled to use the grounds whenever you want.  Please note that there is NO INSURANCE WHATSOEVER when you use the grounds outside an organised TNPC Muster or Event.  You can book the Dressage Arena which is free of charge to Members online.  Simply go to our Dressage Arena Bookings page to book.  Please use common sense when using our Main Arena, generally if it is too wet to ride at your place it is too wet to use our arena.  The Dressage Sand Arena is very rarely closed.  You can purchase a key for the grounds for a $25.00 deposit, please contact Sarah Fisher on 5442 4637 or 0403 564 897 to organise

Nominations

  1. How do I nominate for an upcoming event?

    Simply download the applicable nomination form from the Zone Website and send it on to our Nominations Secretary - Sarah Fisher  - email:  secretary@tewantinnoosaponyclub.com p: 0403 564 897.  Or post to Tewantin Noosa Pony Club Inc. PO Box 621 Tewantin  Qld  4565.  Alternatively you can submit your Event Nomination on line by visiting Event Nominations   .  You can pay by sending a cheque or depositing straight into our account

  2. Where do I get the draw for the event I entered?

    If you have nominated through the Nominations Secretary the draw should be emailed to you when available.  You can also visit the Zone 6 Website which will have all Draws when the become available.

Musters

  1. Do I have to let anyone know I am coming?

    Yes Please!  Please register your intentions of attending our Musters by the Thursday prior.  All you have to do is go to our Muster Registrations page and follow the promps. This way we know how many Instructors we will need for the day/

  2. It's raining or very wet, how do I know if the Muster is still on?

    We will try and post it on our website by 7.30am on the Muster Day.  If not please call the following numbers:

  3. How much are Muster Fees?

    Muster Fees are $10.00 per riding member.

  4. I am not a member of Tewantin Noosa but I would like to come along to a Muster.

    We do welcome members of other Pony Clubs, however you do need to invited by one of our current members.  Please contact Sarah Fisher on secretary@tewantinnoosaponyclub.com if you wish to attend,
